Overview
The ServiceNow (SNOW) platform provides a unified experience to all ServiceNow customers. The unified experience includes the SNOW request interface with IGA, improved SNOW approval experience, and seamless import of data.
This integration allows access requests to be created in ServiceNow and approved, but is fulfilled, and provisioned by Saviynt. Users can provision, de-provision, and reconcile their accounts through this integration. This integration also helps implement the ServiceNow Request Form to deliver a unified end-user experience. The ServiceNow access request form allows you to perform detective SODs, certify access, and automate access management based on defined rules.
