SAP R/3 is an enterprise-wide information system designed to coordinate all the resources, information, and activities needed to complete business processes such as order fulfillment, billing, human resource management, and production planning. This integration enables provisioning, and deprovisioning data from the Access Request System (ARS) to SAP accounts in the Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC). The account and access information in the SAP system can be imported into EIC either through a connected or disconnected approach.
